Proudly motivated by his 4-year-old son, Keylian, Elmire also finds joy off duty in listening to music and singing. Ambitious and growth-minded, he hopes to become a Restaurant Manager within the next ten years.

Before joining the ship, Joed built his experience in restaurants across the Philippines and Saudi Arabia, always guided by the dream of working at sea.

Off duty, he enjoys darts and values time with his wife, Beverlie, and their daughter, Francies Julie.
